An exchange or refund can only be offered within 7 days of receipt and if the items are in perfect condition with all of the original labelling still attached and packed in it's original packaging for protection.
Shoes must show no signs of wear and must be tried on carpeted floors only, shoe boxes are considered part of the product and should also be returned in the condition they arrived!
If an item is faulty please contact us to arrange a return. Please make sure that you obtain proof of postage when returning your item(s). Shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Goods returned outside of the returns timeframe will not be accepted.
